At Jay Kenneth Designs, we believe that owning luxury, handcrafted jewelry should be a rewarding and accessible experience. Our Layaway Program offers a convenient way to reserve your custom piece while making manageable payments over time.

1. Eligibility

Layaway is available for:

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Ready-made luxury pieces over $500
• In-store and online purchases (subject to review)

2. Terms & Payment Structure

• Down Payment: A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a layaway plan.
• Custom Jewelry production will not begin until 50% of the total balance has been paid. Item will be released when balance has been paid.
• Payment Schedule: Customers have up to 180 days to pay the remaining balance, broken into equal bi-weekly or monthly installments.
• Completion: Jewelry will be released only after the final payment has been received in full.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Cash Payments
• Secure Online Payments (for eligible purchases)

4. Modifications & Cancellations

• Cancellations: If you cancel your layaway before completion, your 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be refunded as store credit.
• Modifications: Custom orders cannot be altered once production has begun. Requests to change the design may require a new layaway agreement and deposit.

5. Missed Payments

• A 14-day grace period is allowed for late payments.
• If payments are not resumed after the grace period, the item will be returned to stock (or production halted for custom items), and all payments may be forfeited, excluding store credit eligibility where applicable.

6. Early Payoff

Customers are welcome to pay off the balance early at any time without penalty.
